- City Blessing Church organization has given the license to translate Charisma magazine into Indonesian. This new magazine is called “Charisma Indonesia” which 70% of the contents are from United States, and 30% are from Indonesia, is now available to us. If any of church members wants to subscribe this magazine, please contact Ps. Rony Kuswanto for the details. You can also see the sample of first edition of Charisma Indonesia (title: “When Heaven Came Down”) at usher’s desk.
- CCBC - Job's Corner (JC)!! One of the projects from our community compassion ministry is assisting people in resume writing, interviews as well as finding jobs. If you know anyone that might be interested, please contact Delia Setiawan or Irene Wiwiksana. Also if any of you have information about job openings, you can forward that information to one of those sisters.
- If you are interested in taking part in community compassion project, you can contact Sister Delia or Sister Irene for the details. CCBC is going to launch its first community compassion project in September by distributing school supplies to Pilsen Elementary School in south area.
Each member can also participate in this project through financial support. All the financial support will be used to buy school supplies that will be distributed to children from grade K to 2 this month. Right now we need to raise $500 to help this school.
All financial support given for this project is tax deductible.
Please write "Pilsen School Project" on the back of the envelope when you give. Make all checks payable to "Chicago City Blessing Church".
